Family & Emergency MedicineAn experienced physician caring for Orange City and Central Florida families for more than two decades, with a background spanning family medicine, urgent care, emergency medicine, and clinical research. Owner and Medical Director of Genesis Family Practice since 2012. Patients know him for his straightforward, honest approach, explaining things clearly and getting right to the heart of their health concerns.
Tavis Cross, MSN, APRN
Family Medicine & Urgent CareAn experienced Nurse Practitioner and healthcare leader with more than 20 years in patient care, nursing leadership, clinical research, and healthcare operations. Tavis provides primary care at Genesis Family Practice alongside Dr. Jay, and also serves as an Urgent Care Nurse Practitioner with the Prompt Care team. His career began in the U.S. Army, and he holds a Master of Science in Nursing from the University of West Florida.
